On August 2, 2024, XeteX celebrated its 40th Anniversary with a family picnic and groundbreaking ceremony for their new manufacturing facility at 1776 Granary Street in Holmen, WI. The event had over 100 attendees and featured several executive speeches, including XeteX CEO Andrew Wilcox. Kid-friendly activities, food and photo opportunities were set-up on the new 13-acre site. Local officials, along with various Wisconsin economic development groups and media outlets, also came to support the groundbreaking.
Located approximately 18-miles north of the current factory in La Crosse, WI, the Holmen facility will signify a new chapter of growth and innovation. XeteX, LLC, designs and manufactures high quality custom commercial and industrial air handling and energy recovery ventilation solutions. By the time the facility opens in July 2025, XeteX will have hired an additional 20 employees, bringing the total company headcount to 200 with plans to add 30+ additional jobs in Holmen over the next three years. Its corporate headquarters will remain in Coon Rapids, MN.

XETEX PROJECT DETAILS
ARCO/Murray is the design-builder on the project working alongside Colliers and SixSibs Capital. Spanning 116,000 square feet, the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility will enable XeteX to double its capacity. The precast building will have (3) dock positions and a 30’ clear height in the warehouse. Unique to XeteX’s operations will be a paint booth, testing stations and interior cranes.
