ARCO/Murray recently completed a 114,000 square-foot, 28’ clear warehouse and showroom for Bedrosians Tile and Stone in Farmers Branch, TX. The fully air-conditioned space will function as a tile display, showroom, and warehouse for product storage and distribution. The facility includes LED lighting levels at 100 FC and diamond polished floors. The warehouse portion of the facility houses three 5-ton bridge cranes to move granite slabs around the building and to load onto trucks at an interior truck dock.
ARCO/Murray provided a design-build solution including complete architectural, structural and MEP design, permitting, and construction.
