Two Pillars of Giving

ARCO’s first Core Value is Treat People Fairly and Do the Right Thing. Giving back to the communities where we live and work is a natural extension of that belief.

Our charitable efforts focus on two pillars: community and education — causes that reflect both the needs of our communities and the interests of our associates.

Associates are also encouraged to support organizations they care about. ARCO matches 100% of associate donations up to $500 per charity each year and provides one week of paid volunteer leave to each associate annually.
