Lauren Kraemer Celebrated with Dual ENR Awards for Industry Excellence
ARCO/Murray is proud to announce that Lauren Kraemer has been named a 2025 Top Young Professional by ENR Texas & Southeast magazine. Featured among 20 regional standouts, this honor recognizes her exceptional leadership, career progression, and community involvement.
Further highlighting her industry impact, Lauren also earned a spot as an ENR National Top 20 Under 40 honoree. Selected from over 450 candidates, her achievements stand out in leadership, industry innovation, and landmark project development.
Career Milestones
Lauren’s journey at ARCO began over a decade ago, starting as an intern and rising through the ranks to become the first woman partner in the company’s history in 2022. As the leader of the tenant solutions division in Dallas, she has spearheaded growth from $6 million to over $100 million in annual revenue, all while championing the advancement of women in a field where they make up only 14% of the workforce.
Driving Community and Industry Change
A key organizer of ARCO’s Annual Women in Construction (WIC) Week, Lauren has aided in the expansion of the event from one location in 2019 to six across the nation, supporting a diverse range of roles and experiences. These events not only promote inclusion and mentorship but also benefit six nonprofits dedicated to enhancing opportunities for women in construction and engineering.
Among these beneficiaries is the Young Women’s Preparatory Network, a nonprofit working with Texas public schools to offer robust academic programs in all-girls settings, achieving remarkable success rates, including a 100% high school graduation and college acceptance rate.
