ARCO/Murray Completes Self Storage Facility in Norwalk, California

ARCO/Murray, leading experts in self storage construction, recently delivered another Class A facility on the West Coast.

ARCO/Murray, a leading general contractor for self storage facilities, partnered with 1784 Holdings to deliver a 128,095 square foot self storage facility in Norwalk, California, a surrounding suburb of Los Angeles. This project entails a 3-story, fully conditioned facility operated by Extra Space Storage. The facility includes a total of 1,000 units, 28 of which are exterior drive-up units.

The completed project site is conveniently located off Highway I-5 with direct access to Los Angeles and will be accessible to the nearby residents of the high-density, high-income residential neighborhoods. The cold formed steel framed structure includes a façade combination of split face masonry veneer, sand finish stucco, and horizontal metal panels.

Norwalk Storage is the latest project between ARCO/Murray and 1784 Holdings, with over 10 projects ongoing in various markets across the country. Shajee Jamal served as the Project Manager.
