ARCO/Murray Completes Self Storage Facility in Omaha, Nebraska
ARCO/Murray, leading experts in self storage construction, recently delivered another Class A facility in the midwest.

ARCO/Murray, a leading general contractor for self storage facilities, partnered with Redbird Group, LLC to deliver a 134,798 square foot self storage facility in Omaha, Nebraska. This project entails a 3-story, fully conditioned facility operated by Extra Space Storage. The facility includes a total of 980 ready to rent storage units with a vast range of sizes to accommodate all storage needs.
The completed project site is conveniently located off the intersection of two main travel Nebraska highways, Highway 6 and Interstate 680. The facility will be an accessible and useful amenity to the surrounding suburbs of western Omaha city. The structure of the facility uses a combination of both light gauge and structural steel, with a metal panel and brick veneer facade. The first floor offers a fully enclosed drive vehicle drive through that provides direct access to the interior, out of the elements.
This facility marks the second completed project between ARCO/Murray and Redbird Group. Ben Graber served as the Project Manager while Superintendent, Fred Truitt, oversaw the day-to-day construction process.
