ARCO/Murray Completes Self Storage Facility in Las Vegas, Nevada

ARCO/Murray, leading experts in self storage construction, recently delivered another Class A facility on the West Coast.

ARCO/Murray partnered with Metropolis Development Group to deliver a 124,602 square foot self-storage facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Public Storage will be the operator of this new 3-story, fully conditioned facility which includes 909 ready to rent self-storage units.

Located less than 20 minutes from the Las Vegas strip, the completed project site is ideally positioned to serve both the suburban residents of Las Vegas and the city’s frequent visitors. The project benefits being located off Rancho Drive, one of Las Vegas’s key arterial roads, providing direct access to Interstate 11, offering convenient connectivity to major routes through Nevada.

ARCO/Murray is proud to deliver Class A facilities that not only meet high standards but also complement the aesthetic of their surroundings. In line with the modern look of Las Vegas, this structural steel and light gauge framed facility showcases a masonry façade on the first level, featuring distinctive midnight and gray blocks. This contrasts with the sleek metal panels and EIFS façade that span the second and third floors.

The project includes a climate-controlled, three-car loading area, offering enclosed direct access to the building’s interior, effectively mitigating the high temperatures of the Las Vegas climate. For added convenience, three strategically placed elevators ensure smooth and easy access throughout the expansive facility.

This Public Storage facility is the second completed project between ARCO/Murray and Metropolis Development Group. Andrew Amitrano served as the Project Manager while Superintendent, John Bigham, oversaw the day-to-day construction process.
