ARCO/Murray Welcomes Scott Coulombe to Green Infrastructure Team 

We are excited to announce that Scott Coulombe has joined ARCO/Murray as a key member of our Green Infrastructure team. Scott brings over a decade of expertise in the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) industry, having successfully led teams in origination, development, and/or construction of more than 300 projects across the United States. 

With a wealth of experience in strategy, project development, and contract negotiation, Scott has consistently driven innovation and delivered exceptional value throughout his career. His background includes leadership roles with Quanta Services, Phoenix Power Group, and Mears Group, among others, where he specialized in pioneering RNG solutions derived from animal manure, food waste, biosolids, and landfill gas. 

Scott’s passion for building impactful partnerships, structuring high-value deals, and managing large-scale projects makes him an excellent fit for ARCO/Murray’s mission of advancing sustainable infrastructure. He has also served on advisory boards for the RNG Coalition and the American Biogas Council—both industry organizations in which ARCO/Murray holds membership—highlighting his strong commitment to the industry.
