ARCO/Murray Completes Self Storage Facility in Paramus, New Jersey
ARCO/Murray, leading experts in self storage construction, recently delivered another Class A facility on the East Coast.

ARCO/Murray partnered with Solomon Builders to deliver a 165,784 square foot self storage facility in Paramus, New Jersey. This multi-level facility comprises four above-ground floors and an underground basement. Public Storage will operate this fully air-conditioned building, which includes 1,278 ready to rent storage units and 12 exterior drive up units.
The completed project site, less than 20 miles from New York City, is ideally positioned amidst a vibrant mix of both commercial businesses and residential suburbs. With nearly 400 feet of highway frontage on one of Paramus’ busiest roads, the project benefits from excellent visibility and convenient access. The facility is designed to meet a wide range of self-storage needs and we are confident this will be a valuable amenity to the city of Paramus.
As part of ARCO/Murray’s design build process, we partnered with our client throughout preconstruction, offering comprehensive engineering & permitting services. This collaboration, combined with our construction expertise, ensured a seamless project delivery.
This facility is the latest in a series of successful projects completed by ARCO/Murray in partnership with Solomon Builders, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration on future Class A facilities.
